This weekend saw us at The North West Food Lovers Festival and we were lucky enough to meet celebrity chef Simon Rimmer from Sunday Brunch on Channel 4. He was really lovely and very encouraging about our products and even took a jar of Millimanjaro to use in his cooking demo. He made a delicious roasted aubergine stuffed with a spiced tomato mix topped with cottage cheese and our Millimanjaro! We're extremely grateful to him for being such a total star about our business and would like to take this opportunity to thank him for his support!
