The VIP (Very Important Pickle) Chillimanjaro Burger - a classic favourite of ours!
We've been doing this simple recipe for years and now our local foodie mates have followed suit - you can buy yours at The Tigers Head in Norley or at The Fourways Cafe in Delamere. We absolutely love them and it goes something like this:
1. Cook your burger exactly as you like it on BBQ, Stove or grill
2. When it's nearly cooked all the way through top with a spoonful of Chillimanjaro (or Millimanjaro), add a slice of cheese and cover the whole burger with a pan lid so that it steams slightly.
3. Slide the whole thing onto your bun and add your fav sauces: mayo, mustard and ketchup.
4. Eat and enjoy hopefully with sunshine!
